Scenario CMrs. W, 50 years old, was brought to hospital with complaint of weakness and yellowish eyes which became worsening since a week ago.History of illness.Since 6 months ago, she complained of right upper abdominal pain spread to the right back shoulder. This complaint was intermittent especially after consuming fatty meal. She felt no fever, urinary and bowel habit were normal. She usually consumed pain relieving drugs.Since 4 moths ago, she felt a palpable mass in epigastric area, with bloating sensation, decrease of appetite, heartburn, and vomiting.Since 2 months ago, she complained of yellowish eyes, black tea color urine, with moderate fever, itching, epigastric pain became worse and more frequent. She also complained of weakness and loss of body weight. Since a week ago yellowish color eyes become worse, vomiting more frequent, and clay stool appearance.
